Bring the kids to the theatre on Thursdays to see The Plight Before Christmas. For the second year in a row, Long Beach Playhouse produces another family-friendly holiday production. This year, Long Beach Playhouse introduces $8.00 children & student tickets on Thursday, December 9, 16, & 23 with every paid Adult or Senior ticket. It’s a great way to introduce your children to theatre. Valid for kids & students in kindergarten through high school.

The Plight Before Christmas: In this family-friendly classic melodrama, Ebeneezer Humbug is about to “raise the dickens” by foreclosing on everyone in town and forcing Felicity Fuzziwig to marry him – much to the dismay of his clerk, Bob Scratchit. This hilarious delight includes five song parodies and puns galore.

“Boo the villain! Cheer the hero! Sigh for the lovely heroine. Good triumphs over evil. This is theatre stripped to the basic emotions of love, hate, fear, anger, remorse and revenge.” States Dale Jones, director of The Plight before Christmas.

Regular ticket prices are $22 for Adults, $20 for Seniors, and $12 for Students.

Tickets are available at www.lbplayhouse.org, or by calling 562-494-1014, option 1.
