On Thursday, Mayor Robert Garcia and Sixth District Councilman Dee Andrews welcomed Tierra Mia Coffee to Long Beach, at their official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. The event was held at 10:00 am, Thursday, March 24th, 425 E. Pacific Coast Hwy., Long Beach, CA.

After months of working on signage and navigating through the business license process, Councilman Andrews is happy to see that Tierra Mia Coffee has opened in the Poly High School area. Tierra Mia Coffee is one of California’s leading providers of high quality craft coffee. They provide the freshest and best coffee, beverages, and pastries in a setting that is comfortable, contemporary, and highly reflective of Latin American culture. “Tierra Mia Coffee is one of my favorite coffee shops and I am excited that they have chosen Long Beach for their new location”, said Mayor Garcia.

“This new business has brought in thirty-six new jobs to Long Beach. I want to thank the owners for investing in our community, not only as business owners but as property owners as well”, said Councilman Andrews.
