Del Black from Deep Roots Consulting, a skilled trainer with decades of experience working with teams in both the private and public sector, will lead a “Tools of the Trade” workshop at the Long Beach Nonprofit Partnership on Thursday, July 16 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Building Effective Teams That Make a Difference costs $30 for members/$50 for “not-yet-members.”

Additionally, in order for teams to function well, leaders need to shift their style to better support a team-based way of operating.This workshop will focus on the essential characteristics needed by teams, the challenges that teams face and how to overcome them, how to use a coaching leadership style to move your team forward.
