All Day Celebration Brings a Positive Paradigm Shift to the Remembrance of 9/11

On Saturday September 11, 2010, Alfredo’s Beach Club, the dynamic Long Beach couple Yve and Armando Hart of Drum for Love debut Portal, will host an all day celebration and interactive experience of art, dance, music, ceremony and “hands on” participation, Portal will commemorate 9/11 with a timeless celebration to catapult us into a deeper sense of community.
On the ninth anniversary of 9/11 Yve, Armando and the Drum for Love community invite you to join them as they usher in a paradigm shift from duality to oneness honoring how 9/11 made clear that our differences were momentarily unimportant.
Portal will include an impressive and eclectic array of Portal performance segments including:
- The World Peace Prayer Society will conduct a peace flag dedication
- Creation Portal with Toni Ivashkov, Sayler Van Merlin, and Sati Ah
- Activation Portal with Cecilia Chumash Medicine Woman and Altar artist Juan Diaz
- Spiritual Activism Portal presented by LB Evolver, featuring Demonslayer, Baza Novic, and SunDream conscious Hip Hop
- Sound and Vision Portal with Chris Ornelas of The LB Experiment
- Surrender Portal with Linda Straley
- LifeStream Energy Portal with John D. Riley of Zero Point
- Pleasure Portal with Yve Hart and the Sacred Woman’s Circle
- Laughter Portal with Jason Villanueva and Annie Gholson
- Word Portal with Jessica Claire
- Children’s Portal with Carolyn Kaufman of Children of Today
- Love Portal with Drum For Love and Caravan to Pollenland
- Artist Steven Lopez will be painting the event live
The Drum for Love debut Portal is Saturday September 11, 2010 from 11 am to 10 pm. at Alfredo’s Beach Club, 5101 E. Ocean Blvd. (at Granada) right on the beach. The cost for the event is just $15.00 per person, $3.00 off if you wear a creative costume. Tickets are just $10.00 per person if purchase by 9/8 at midnight! Children 13 and under are free!
