2009-08-20 · By Editor
Exciting news from The Found! Singer/songwriter Chris O’Brien of Somerville, Massachusetts, is touring the West Coast and has scheduled a stop at The Found.
According to a press released issued by the Found Theatre, “We first heard Chris in 2007 when he was a finalist in the People In Their Twenties Talent Contest on Garrison Keillor’s A Prairie Home Companion. We immediately went to his website to order his CD, Lighthouse, and told him that if he was ever in Southern California we would love to host him at the Found. Now it’s happening, and we hope you’ll all come out to support this show and enjoy intelligent, thoughtful, folk-flavored songs beautifully performed.”
Chris O’Brien will perform at the Found Theatre Tuesday, Spetember 1 at 8:00 p.m. Tickets cost $10.
O’Brien will do 10 shows in California, but just one at the Found, before heading to the Pacific Northwest, then the Midwest, then the South, then…. Well, you get the picture. This guy is good…and in huge demand. Visit his website at chrisobrienmusic.com for music samples and downloads, rave reviews, touring schedule, etc., then come on out to the Found and see for yourself!
