Councilmember Neal invites residents are to Houghton Park for a fun-filled day with music, food, art, and more at the Latin Jazz & Blues Fest Saturday, August 25, 2012. Music will alternate from two stages located on the east side of the park, on the grass in between the baseball field and the picnic benches.
