Take a Culinary Cruise for delicious travel experience with the Chef from Delius

What could be more luxurious and fun than cruising with your own Chef and Sommelier? While enjoying the brisk ocean air, you could also be learning how to make gourmet creations and tasting fine wines with an expert.
Holland America Cruise Line has been conducting a Culinary Arts Program on board all of their ships since 2005. Each vessel has a state-of-the-art “Culinary Arts Centers” which resembles the show kitchens used by celebrity chefs on tv. Each kitchen features a theater-style venue, with two large plasma video screens and a large cooking display counter.
During the Culinary Cruise with Delius, Chef Louise will put on two exclusive cooking demonstrations. At the culmination of each demo, samples are passed around, menus are given to each guest and videos are available for purchase.
In addition to the gourmet cooking demonstrations, cruise guests will have the opportunity to meet other foodies while attending a private wine tasting, a cocktail party for Delius travelers only and more.
Attend a free presentation to learn more about the special activities included with the culinary arts cruise with Chef Louis and Dave Solzman of Delius Restaurant. The travel presentation will explain the exclusive culinary cruise offerings as well as the ports to be visited on this Eastern Caribbean sailing out of Fort Lauderdale on October 30.
View photos and hear stories from past savory sailings and discover the fun that awaits on the next Culinary Arts Crusie with Delius. The travel presentation starts at 2 p.m. on Saturday May 22, at Delius Restaurant located at 2951 Cherry Avenue, just off the 405 Freeway in Signal Hill.
Please RSVP, as seating is limited, by calling Sandy at (562) 426-9130. For more information visit www.deliusrestaurant.com/cruise.html.
