Doing Business in Long Beach

Councilmember O’Donnell and the East Anaheim Street Business Alliance (EASBA) will host the second “Doing Business in Long Beach” workshop on July 24 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at The Red Leprechaun Restaurant, 4000 E. Anaheim Street.

“This workshop is great for those with established businesses and those that are thinking about starting a new business” said O’Donnell. “I am happy to help bring this forum to the business community.”

Doing Business in Long Beach is part of a successful series of workshops created by O’Donnell to help local businesses. The forums are intended to be one-stop shops for information and will include open access to city services and mentoring for local community business leaders. Representatives from City departments will be on hand to answer questions for all who attend.

EASBA was created in 2010 as an official “Business Improvement District” offering a wide range of support services to business owners including advertising, increased security and other activities that benefit businesses. EASBA representatives are business owners that meet to promote economic development and encourage communication between neighboring businesses along the East Anaheim Corridor.
