Doug Haubert enters the race for Long Beach City Prosecutor

doug-haubertFormer Long Beach Deputy City Prosecutor Doug Haubert officially announced his candidacy to run for Long Beach City Prosecutor on December 16.

Haubert has extensive experience in both civil and criminal prosecution, and has previously served as a City Prosecutor for other cities throughout Southern California.  His experience has made Mr. Haubert a successful and effective advocate of quality of life issues that affect residents within Long Beach and beyond.  As the Deputy City Prosecutor in Long Beach, Doug Haubert successfully prosecuted slumlords and convicted DUI offenders to the maximum sentence.

“With my experience in civil and criminal prosecution, I am dedicated to making sure that Long Beach residents can live the best quality of life in this City,” said Doug Haubert.  “I look forward to working with residents to make Long Beach a safer City for everyone.”

Doug Haubert has been a resident of Long Beach for nearly two decades, and currently lives in Long Beach with his wife and two children, who are students in the Long Beach Unified School District.
