7th District Councilmember James Johnson, The Port of Long Beach, and Parks, Recreation and Marine extend an invitation to attend a free Fourth of July Concert and family-friendly activities celebrating the birth of our nation.
This year’s event is better than ever. Gates open at 6pm with activities for the kids such as a bounce house, balloon animals, face painting, and more. Locally owned “Canvas” food truck will be joined by the award-winning “India Jones Chow Truck” for those looking for dinner at the park. After a patriotic flyover at 7pm, the renowned Bernie Pearl Quartet will provide live entertainment. Stick around until after the sun sets to watch local firework shows from the highest accessible point in Long Beach.
Be sure to bring a chair and a jacket to this FREE, family friendly event.
