Free Construction Jobs Training Program Available

- August 25, 2:00 pm, Torrance Career Center – 1220 Engracia Ave., Torrance 90501
Eligible participants can develop skills and knowledge by preparing for career opportunities in the Construction Industry. Program includes certifications for Hazardous Waste Worker Protection and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER 40);OSHA 30 safety program; CPR/First Aid; Confined Space; Traffic Control; and Trenching and Shoring.
Individuals will also enhance their industry skills, knowledge and certifications to assist in the job search effort, participate in life skills, resume writing and interview techniques workshops, and receive physical fitness and nutrition instruction. Successful candidates will receive job placement assistance.
