Fuego Offers Dads a Father’s Day Barbecue and Beer Brunch

Dads can relax and enjoy Fuego’s Father’s Day Barbecue and Beer Brunch featuring endless Montejo Draft Beer, Bloody Marys and Sparkling Wine on Sunday, June 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Live Latin jazz will be performed throughout the day on the waterfront patio.

Fuego, the modern, Latin infused indoor-outdoor restaurant and lounge, offers a unique seaside setting featuring 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating inside and on the patio area. Fuego’s stunning open-air views include the Pacific Ocean, Long Beach skyline and Queen Mary.

Executive Chef Victor Juarez has put his fatherly touch on a terrific menu starting with Salads and Assortments featuring Cuban Macaroni Salad with black forest ham, spring peas and vegetables; Chicken Apple salad with Fuji apples, candied walnuts, celery, Italian parsley and aioli; Potato Salad, Corn and Cactus Salad, Pineapple Cole Slaw and Chef’s selection of Green Salads & Assorted Dressings; along with Platters and Displays including Butcher Block and Domestic and Imported Cheeses; Antipasto with roasted vegetables, olives and artichokes; Smoked Salmon with mini bagels, cream cheese and traditional condiments; Fresh fruit and seasonal berries with papaya, kiwi, passion fruit, and mango, and Heirloom Tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese with basil, EVOO and balsamic reduction.

Father’s Day Omelet Station offers omelets made to order with an assortment of vegetables, meats and cheeses.

Fuego’s Seafood and Ceviche Station features Jumbo Gulf Shrimp, can be put on the barbeque as a surf and turf selection, Alaskan King Grab Legs, Oysters, and Ceviche featuring Citrus Bay scallops and calamari, serano, coconut mahi mahi and chipotle shrimp.

Dads will love Fuego’s Brazilian BBQ Churrascaria Station offering Smoked Brisket, Kielbasa, New York Strip and Baby Back Ribs along with caramelized sweet plantains, guava barbeque, Fuego red chimichurri, sweet grain mustard, roasted peppers and onions.
