Fuego Offers Waterfront View of Fireworks and Dinner on New Year’s Eve

Fuego at Hotel Maya rings in the New Year with a delicious four-course dinner and party package on Thursday, December 31 with the first seating at 9 p.m. Partiers will enjoy an outstanding view of the spectacular fireworks from the Queen Mary at midnight. Fuego also presents a holiday brunch on New Year’s Day from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Fuego, the modern, Latin infused indoor-outdoor restaurant and lounge, offers a unique seaside setting featuring 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating inside and on the patio area. Fuego’s stunning open-air views include the Pacific Ocean, Long Beach skyline and Queen Mary.

Fuego’s New Year’s Eve Dinner And Party Package
Fuego’s New Year’s Eve four-course dinner begins with a selection of Wild Mushroom Soup or Winter Root Salad. The second course is a choice of Grilled Lamb Chops or Black Tiger Shrimp Ceviche. Fuego’s New Year’s Eve entrée features a selection of Roast Angus Filet Mignon, Pan-Roasted Pacific Sea Bass, Stuffed Maine Lobster Tail or Saffron Mushroom.Delicious desserts include Salted Caramel Cheese Cake Tower and assorted French truffles. Guests will enjoy complimentary coffee, decaffeinated coffee or hot tea.
Fuego’s New Year’s Eve four-course dinner and party package begins with seating at 9 p.m., 9:30 p.m., 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., and includes complimentary champagne all night, dancing and party favors. Guests will have guaranteed seated viewing of the fireworks from the Queen Mary at midnight. Custom Made Band will provide entertainment until 1 a.m.

Fuego’s New Year’s Day Brunch
Fuego New Year’s Day Brunch Buffet features a variety of Breakfast Stations including Fuego eggs benedict, breakfast enchiladas, black beans, applewood smoked bacon, apple chicken sausage, caramelized sweet plantains; and hash browns.
Fuego Omelet Station features omelets prepared to order with an assortment of vegetables, meats and cheeses; accompanied by fresh homemade fire roasted salsa and pico de gallo.
Brunch also includes Brioche French toast; steel cut oatmeal; along with butter, maple syrup and boysenberry.
An assortment of breakfast pastries include Danish, pastries, muffins, Pandulce bagels with cream cheese, fruit yogurt, fresh sliced fruit; along with assorted cereals, homemade granola, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese and whole fruit, and smoked salmon.
Guests will enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine or cider, along with coffee, tea, juice and aguas frescas.
