“We are so excited to be part of Long Beach Global (Arts Month) with our Inaugural benefit concert, H’ARTbeats in Harmony. “ said Jane Stormont Galloway, Pastor at the Immanuel Center for Conscious Living. “This historic building has been a part of the community since 1922, and this concert is our way of letting everyone know that this place is once again a community resource while raising funds to pay for H’artworks programming this fall.”

H’ARTbeats in Harmony marks the inauguration of an annual day long music festival to be hosted at the historic Immanuel Center for Conscious Living (3215 E. Third St. Long Beach, CA 90814) where the H’artworks programs are held. The day of music blasts off with a rousing children’s program by Suzi Sarzynski concluded by the sophisticated sounds of  Singer/Songwriter The Tony Rich Project, best known around the world for the pensive melody of his smash single “Nobody Knows” from the 1997 Grammy® winning CD, Words.

Verizon recently came aboard as a Contributing Sponsor. “We’re so pleased that Verizon recognizes that Artists and Musicians in our community are also technology leaders and have chosen to support H’artworks in this fashion by highlighting their FIOS product,” said Thornell Jones who heads Marketing for the Festival. “Local businesses, Café Neo and Office Team have also come aboard to support the community through the Festival.”

Tickets are on sale for $20 for an Adult Daypass to participate in the full program, $10 for Children, and $15 for students and seniors. Advance tickets can be purchased online at http://heartbeatsinharmony.eventbrite.com. Advance purchase is encouraged.
