What’s on Your List? Justin Rudd’s 40 Day Challenge Starts Wednesday

justin-rudd-40-day-challengeYou commit to give up 4 foods/drinks or food/drink groups for 40 days, starting at sunrise this Wed., Feb. 22 and ending at sunset on Sun., April 1. Hundreds participated last year from across the United States.

We’ll celebrate with a dinner ceremony on April 1 (you do not have to attend).

For example, Justin is giving up burgers, fries, cookies and pizza for the 40 days.

Three ways to register your four food/drink items:

  • 1. Fill out the form online here and then click the “submit” button in the top right of that page.

  • 3. Or, if those options don’t work, simply email Justin@JustinRudd.com with your full name and the four foods/drinks you are giving up for the 40 days.

The purpose of the Challenge is three parts:

Do good.

Eat better.
