LB Armada ends week of family fun with fireworks spectacular on Friday

Join the Long Beach Armada on Friday, July 3 for a post-game fireworks show, and celebrate Independence Day early. Friday’s game against the Yuma Scorpions has been moved up to a 6:35pm first pitch time to accommodate the fireworks show.
Every day this week features a different night of celebration and promotions from free t-shirts to drink specials. The Armada’s Independence Weekend Fireworks Spectacular on Friday caps a week full of great fun and promotions at Blair Field.
Lima Time
Yesterday, June 30, former National League All-Star Jose Lima once again took the mound for the Armada. Tuesday’s game was also $1 hot dog night. First pitch at 7:05pm.
Arby T-Shirt Giveaway
On Wednesday, July 1, the first 100 fans into Blair Field will get a special edition Arby I. T-shirt. Make sure to get to Blair Field early as every Wednesday this season is an Arby I. T-shirt giveaway night. First pitch at 7:05pm.
Thirsty Thursday: Irabumania & $2 Beers
Thursday, July 2 features another Armada “Thirsty Thursday” with $2 beers available from 5:30-7:30pm. The gates open at 5:30pm for the special happy hour at Blair Field each and every Thursday this season. Come see two-time World Series Champion Hideki Irabu take the mound for the Fleet for just the third time at home. First pitch at 7:05pm.
Fireworks Spectacular
The Armada’s Independence Weekend fireworks Spectacular is on Friday, July 3. The gates open at 5:35pm, as the game has been moved up an hour to accommodate the post-game fireworks show. Come watch the Armada light up the sky after the game against the Scorpions at Blair Field. First pitch at 6:35pm.
