Long Beach Beach Bike Path
Have you ever wondered how many people use the Shoreline Pedestrian/Bicycle Path? A new bike and pedestrian counter called Eco-Totem has been installed on the path, just west of the Belmont Pier, to collect more accurate data on the 3.1-mile side-by-side lanes.

The Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine will repair sections of the Shoreline Pedestrian Beach Bike Path beginning Today, Monday, June 20. The work entails replacing a series of broken concrete sections between Granada Avenue and Shoreline Drive.
Celebrate the start of prime trikking season in Southern California with the Last Saturday of the Month Ride on May 28, 2011, in Long Beach. Entry Fee is one can food item to be donated to the Food Bank of Southern California.
