District 5 Councilwoman Stacy Mungo District 5 Councilwoman Stacy Mungo Long Beach City Councilwoman Stacy Mungo will be hosting Coffee with a Cop in partnership with newly appointed East Patrol Division Commander Elizabeth Griffin, a twenty-two year veteran of LBPD, on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Eldorado Bar and Grill.
