Saturday, November 1, 2014, children, ages 6-11, are invited to participate in a free drop-in craft and activities program called Creation Station. November’s theme, Brilliant Brown, will include seasonally themed take-home crafts and activities that use natural colors and materials.

Polish Day in LA celebrates 25 years of free Poland! This year marks the first installation of a Polish theme during the monthly Art Walks in Downtown Long Beach. The event aims to attract all spectrums of audiences to enjoy Polish music, delicious treats, good beer, and fun for the whole evening.

The Presbyterian Women of Covenant Presbyterian Church in the city of Long Beach will present their Spring Gathering, called the Flower, Arts and Crafts Luncheon, on Saturday, April 5, from 11am to 2pm. Once again, volunteers from Historic Neighborhood Associations, Community Groups and Long Beach Heritage will be lovingly decorating the historic house inside and out. The holiday theme this year is “Jingle Bells and Sleigh Rides of the Past”.
