Long Beach Fire Chief Mike DuRee today announced the appointment of Capt. Gonzalo Medina, a 19-year veteran of the Fire Department, as Marine Safety Chief, effective December 5, 2014.

When the collective employee responded to the delivery location in the 1000 block of Gladys Avenue, Long Beach, the employee was approached by two male suspects.
