Department of Justice Awards City of Long Beach $529,000 in Grants

grant-money The City of Long Beach has been awarded two U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) grants totaling $529,000 to support youth violence prevention strategies, enhance the safety and health of the community, and further implement the goals of Safe Long Beach, the City’s Violence Prevention Plan.
