One of the most prestigious events in the glamorous world of show dogs took place last weekend in Long Beach, hosted by the AKC/Eukanuba National Championships at their 125th Special Anniversary Show.

Earning a $50,000 cash prize and the title of Best in Show at the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship was CH Roundtown Mercedes Of Maryscot, a Scottish Terrier known as “Sadie,” owned by Amelia Musser of Mackinac Island, Mich.

In less than two weeks, more than 4,000 extraordinary dogs from 48 states and 41 countries will travel to Long Beach for the 9th Annual AKC/Eukanuba National Championship dog show.
