Forum Engages Downtown Residents to Discuss Concerns, Ideas for Civic Center Project

downtown-residential-counci The Downtown Residential Council will hold a special community forum at 7pm on Monday, March 16, 2015, at the Scottish Rite Event Center, 855 Elm Avenue, Long Beach, 90813. The forum will be a conversation with Plenary-Edgemoor Civic Partners (PECP) about the new Civic Center in downtown Long Beach.
