Long Beach Funk Fest The culture and sustainability series Summer and Music (SAM), sponsored by the Downtown Long Beach Associates (DLBA), will host its fifth annual Long Beach Funk Fest (LBFF) this Saturday, July 6, from noon to 11 p.m. at the Downtown Long Beach Promenade (east of Pine Avenue between 1st & 3rd Streets).
