Mark Bixby Memorial Dedication: Today at 4 p.m.

mark-bixby-th Mark Bixby The DLBA invites residents to the Belmont Pool Plaza today, Friday, August 10, 2012 at 4pm for the Mark Bixby Memorial Dedication. Local metal artist Patrick Vogel created a stainless steel statue shaped in the form of a wave to represent Mark’s love for the ocean and depict his life, as a wave at its crest – powerful and ready to break.

DLBA wins Pinnacle Award for Bicycle Initiative
