According to the American Cancer Society, one in eight women will develop breast cancer and one in 75 women will develop ovarian cancer during their lifetime. On Sept. 26, the 16th Annual Team Spirit Breast & Ovarian Cancer 5K & 10K will bring together thousands of survivors, family members and friends affected by these cancers to raise funds for the MemorialCare Todd Cancer Institute (TCI) at Long Beach Memorial.
