Council Votes in Favor of Naming Park in Honor of Jenni Rivera

Latina Superstar, Jenni Rivera Latina Superstar, Jenni Rivera The Long Beach City Council voted 8-0 in favor of moving forward with Councilman Dee Andrews legislative item requesting the Long Beach City Council to consider naming a park in the 6th District in honor of Latina Superstar, Jenni Rivera.

Jenni Rivera To Be Honored At 2nd “Poly Walk of Fame” Ceremony

Poly Walk of Fame Jenni Rivera Sixth District Councilman Dee Andrews, along with Redevelopment Agency, and Poly High School will be honoring Poly Alumni Jenni Rivera. Ms. Rivera will receive her star on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at the Poly Walk of Fame Ceremony, located at Polytechnic High School Stadium.
