FreeSpirit Yoga, is hosting their annual Blood Drive on Tuesday May 10, 2011. Only 38% of Americans are eligible to donate blood and of those only 8% do. That amounts to only about 3 out of every 100. Donating blood is a simple thing to do, but can make a big difference in the lives of others.
On Saturday, May 21st, the Greater Long Beach Chapter (GLBC) of the American Red Cross, Long Beach City College Carson Campus and the Long Beach Fire Department will host the 16th Annual CPR Saturday, presented by BP, at Long Beach City College Liberal Arts Campus.
