Long Beach St Anthony High School
On Saturday, September 17, 2016, St. Anthony High School (SAHS) students took part in the California Coastal Cleanup Day, extending the school’s environmental focus into the community. The group of 18 students was comprised of members of SAHS’s AP Environmental Science Class, Environmental Awareness Club and Key Club.
St. Anthony High School (SAHS) has enhanced its fall course offerings as the school’s commitment to a fully integrated STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) focused curriculum expands. The new classes being offered starting in August are: Business and Finance, Exploring Art II, Fashion Studies Design and Marketing, Introduction to Psychology, Media Production and Communications, Robotics, Theater Art II, and World Geography.

The Saints Run 5K, St. Anthony High School’s annual community run, will kick off on Saturday, March 12th at 8:00 am sharp at downtown Long Beach’s Shoreline Aquatic Park.

This Saturday, September 26, 2015, St. Anthony High School will be hosting its 95th Anniversary Celebration, as well as the induction of their five honorees into the St. Anthony High School Hall of Fame.

St. Anthony High School’s SAINTS RUN 2015 in downtown Long Beach at Shoreline Village will kick off at 8:00 am sharp this Saturday, March 28, 2015. Each year, the race has grown with participants and sponsor support from all around the southland.

The senior class of St. Anthony High School’s Marine Science Academy, ten students divided into two teams, secured two of the top 10 finalist spots for the San Francisco International Ocean Film Festival’s 4th Annual Student Film Competition.
This week, the St. Mary’s High School “Saints” from Calgary, Alberta, Canada are coming to Long Beach to face off with St. Anthony High School’s “Saints” in the tenth rendition of their rivalry, competing in football, volleyball, and soccer.
