Groundbreaking Set for Promenade Park’s Tot Lot

Dog Haus Biergarten (& free hot dogs!) Coming to Long Beach Friday!

dog-haus Dog Haus, the celebrated Pasadena-based concept known for its gourmet hot dogs, sausages, burgers, and one-of-a-kind creations, will debut its first Biergarten franchise in Long Beach Friday, January 29. Located at The Promenade at 210 East 3rd Street, this will be franchisee Tenny Megerdichian’s second location of the emerging restaurant brand, which was founded in 2010 by Partners Hagop Giragossian, Quasim Riaz, and André Vener to recapture the nostalgic childhood experience of eating a hot dog.

Brass Lamp Bar Lights the Path With Kickstarter Campaign

brass-lamp-bar Yesterday, The Brass Lamp signed a lease to occupy 4,000 sq. ft. of the Mark Schneider building on the Promenade.  The Brass Lamp is a book bar and lounge; a fusion of a coffee shop, wine bar, and bookstore.  It’s a place where customers can read a book, work on a laptop, or have nice conversations with a friend.
