Indecent Exposure Suspect In Custody, Detectives Seek Additional Victims

The Long Beach Police Department, working in conjunction with the Torrance Police Department, has arrested a male suspect in connection with an indecent exposure incident that occurred on a public transit bus in the City of Torrance, and it is believed that additional victims may exist in either city.
