Councilmembers Propose Major Investments for Uplands Oil Funds

Councilmembers Robert Garcia, Gary DeLong, Patrick O’Donnell and Dee Andrews have presented an $18.4 million investment proposal for the Uplands Oil Funds made up of one time capital improvements, critical budget requirements and increasing the city’s emergency reserve.
