Most Affordable Airport in United States Long Beach Airport (LGB) celebrated its newest air carrier, Allegiant, in grand style on July 1, 2010.  Allegiant’s inaugural flight from Bellingham, WA (BLI) arrived at 5:05 p.m. to an aviation industry tradition, a water cannon salute.
