“Let’s Talk Port” Concludes With Centennial Documentary Screening

long beach port centennial celebrationThe Port of Long Beach will host the fourth in a series of Centennial-related “Let’s Talk Port” forums on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at the Long Beach Main Library, 101 Pacific Ave., Long Beach, 90822, from 7 to 8 p.m.

The workshop will offer a screening of the short Centennial documentary film narrated by TV and movie legend Robert Wagner and an opportunity to meet Port officials and learn more about the Port of Long Beach, the nation’s second-busiest seaport.

Along with the refreshments and giveaways, the workshop will feature informative displays on current and prospective Port projects, including environmental sustainability efforts. Residents will have the chance to ask questions of Port representatives and learn from experts on Port issues and operations.
