Three Long Beach residents received special recognition this week when MyLife released their list of The 25 Most Influential People in Southern California. According to the company, they chose people who are passionate about their community and have “improved their industry, their hometown and our world.”

We’re excited to see a few of our favorite people on their list.

  • Dr. Martha Molina Bernadett was recognized for her work with the Molina Family Foundation where she is an advocate for youth literacy programs, health and education.
  • Justin Rudd was recognized for the many events organized by his Community Action Team including the 30-Minute Beach Cleanup, Haute Dog events and the Long Beach Giving Project.
  • Calvin Brodus (aka Snoop Lion) may live in Diamond Bar, but he got his start in Long Beach. He joins the list for his work with kids in the Snoop Youth Football League.

Based in Los Angeles, California, MyLife is service that connects members and allows them to manage multiple social networks from a single dashboard. More information can be found at www.mylife.com.
