Long Beach Day Nursery is proud to announce that the Nursery has been chosen the Best Child Development Center in Long Beach by the Best of LA television series. Beginning in April and running for 14 months, LBDN will be featured monthly in a segment of the “Best of LA” series airing on Sundays at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. on KCAL 9.
There is only one nominee per geographical area and in a number of categories. During the Nursery’s 14-month run, viewers will have the opportunity to vote in the Viewers Choice Awards as the Best in Southern California. If LBDN is chosen, it will be named the Best Child Development Center in Southern California.
“We are very excited to have been nominated and have the opportunity to participate in this exciting new program,” said Patrice Wong, executive director of Long Bach Day Nursery. “It gives us a wonderful vehicle for letting people know more about the Nursery. Once our segments begin airing, we encourage everyone to watch for them and vote often,” she concluded.
The “Best of” television series began in San Francisco in 2006 with the Best of the Bay. It was so successful the producers expanded to the Los Angeles market.
“Our mission is to identify some of the very best professionals and businesses in a number categories and areas and introduce them to nearly six million KCAL viewers,” said Gilbert Sangari, executive producer of the series.
Watch for the premiere in April and be sure to vote for Long Beach Day Nursery as your choice for the Best Child Development Center in Southern California.
