About the Long Beach Losers contest
Not again! Long Beach has once more made it in to the top-25 list of “fattest cities in the U.S. in 2009” according to Men’s Fitness magazine.
In response, local beach fitness instructor and Long Beach advocate Justin Rudd and his Community Action Team are spearheading the third annual community-wide team weight loss challenge that will last for 12 weeks. The contest is called “Long Beach Losers.” The 12-week team weight loss contest began with weigh-in on Wednesday, August 26.
