Los Cerritos Elementary Hosts Old Fashioned Carnival!
2009-05-15 · By Editor
Join your friends in Los Cerritos for a great neighborhood event this Saturday May 16th at Los Cerritos Elementary School from 11:00am to 3:00pm for their annual Carnival. This year’s theme is an all American “Stars and Stripes” in honor of Armed Services Day.
The old fashioned fun includes cotton candy, fresh strawberries, hot dogs, hamburgers and a taco bar from the school’s community partner Patricia’s Restaurant.
In addition to the back-to-basics food, the neighborhood carnival will feature crafts, games, prizes and the garden booth with handmade items for the home and garden.
The event takes place on the green under the big shade trees and will be a wonderful way for the community to come together and enjoy the afternoon.
