Michael’s on Naples offers a Christmas Eve Dining Experience
2009-12-18 · By Editor
Long Beach’s #1 restaurant — at least according to the Zagat Guide — Michael’s On Naples, will offer a four-course, prix fixe Christmas Eve dinner for $55 per person.
“Christmas Eve evokes many warm memories for so many people and we wanted to create new ones by offering both foods reminiscent of this time of year and some of our own original creations,” said Executive Chef David Coleman.
Michael’s on Naples is committed to the Slow Food Movement, a concept that reinforces the connection between “planet, plate and palate.” The menu is designed to protect the heritage, tradition and culture of food (i.e., herbs and spices are fresh and never bottled, produce is organic and secured from local farmers, meats are organic and come from small-scale providers).
On the Christmas Eve dinner menu, guests will find traditional items like whole roasted goose and prime rib roast and non-traditional items such as John Dory and braised short rib lasagnette.
Space is limited and reservations are strongly encouraged. For more information or to make a reservation, call (562) 439-7080 or visit www.michaelsonnaples.com.
