The two-day workshop will give young girls a chance to learn a song and dance number from the Broadway hit Annie. This workshop will be instructed by Broadway professionals and is meant to prepare those girls interested in auditioning for the Musical Theatre West production of Annie that will perform in October and November 2010.

There are two sets of workshops available. They will take place at Musical Theatre West’s rehearsal hall on July 28th & 29th and August 3rd & 4th from noon to 4:00PM for the nominal fee of $20.00. Participants should sign up for either the July or August workshop and are required to bring in comfortable clothes and shoes to dance in.

This workshop will serve as an audition from which selected girls will perform a selection from Annie at Musical Theatre West’s fundraiser Broadway in the Park on August 7th, 2010. Participation in the workshop does not guarantee casting in MTW’s production of Annie at the Carpenter Performing Arts Center.

For more information or to sign up to participate in this workshop, contact Musical Theatre West’s Education and Outreach Coordinator Sari Rose Poll at 562-856-1999 x 225. Availability is limited.
