The Christmas Tree Lane parade may have already marched into the twilight, but the fun continues in this festive area of Wrigley with holiday events all month long. Additional Daisy Avenue Entertainment Nights are planned for December 14th-December 16th starting at 7:00 p.m.

The Daisy Avenue Christmas Tree Lane Parade will march on December 8, 2012! The Christmas Tree Lane Parade begins at 5 p.m. and travels along Daisy Avenue from Hill Street to Pacific Coast Highway and returns. And, don’t miss the annual holiday village set up in the grassy median as well.
The Wrigley Association will hold its annual Christmas party & pot luck on Monday, December 3rd. Members of the Association, as well as local restaurant and merchants will donate food for the occasion. Birney Elementary School Student Council and Green Team will lead the flag salute.

The Wrigley Area Neighborhood Alliance ( WANA ) invites residents to attend the next WANA meeting on Monday October 15, 2012 at Veterans Park Social Hall. The guest speaker for the event is Long Beach Fire Chief Mike Duree.
The Wrigley Association will organize a neighborhood clean up, on Saturday, August 4, 2012, which will include and E-Waste and tire collection. The Association is calling upon residents to bring unwanted electronic waste, and tires without rims!
More than one thousand adults and hundreds of kids are expected to participate in the fifth annual Wrigley River Run/Walk 5K and 10K, to be held on Saturday, June 2. The first race will begin at 7:30 am. The racecourse is located in Long Beach’s historic Wrigley neighborhood, and portions of the course will follow the Los Angeles River Trail.
