Nature Journaling at El Dorado Nature Center will allow you to indulge in your love of nature just like John Muir. We’ll cover basic drawing composition and journaling techniques. Colored pencils will be provided, and a nature journal for you to keep! This class will take place Saturday, March 12, from 9:30am to noon, and is $10 per person.
“Spring in Bloom” Pre-School in Nature will enrich your child’s learning in an interactive natural setting. Our pre-school sessions will help to build social skills, creativity, and group cooperation, while exercising minds and bodies on the trails of the Nature Center. Sessions are an hour and a half two days a week for four weeks, and are $80 per child. Children must be between the ages of 3 ½ and 5 and must be potty trained. This is not a parent participation program. The first session, “Spring in Bloom,” will occur Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 to 11:30am from March 15 to April 7.
