Set sail at Parker’s Lighthouse for a tasty South American Wine Dinner
2010-06-16 · By Editor
You might not experience the virgin jungle, bird watching, wildlife flora and fauna, but it will be possible to gaze out at the expansive views of one of the great wonders of Long Beach…The Queen Mary and the splendor of a harbor view during the wine dinner.
Jay Gilmore from Southern wine and Spirits will add a special flair to the evening as he conducts an open discussion on the evening’s wines. Gilmore’s colorful commentary makes the selections so much richer as guests can follow along with wine notes and descriptions. There will be special prize drawings and dinner for four at Parkers’ Lighthouse plus learn about Argentina and Chile’s food, wine and culture from Travel Consultant, Analia Rupar-Przebieda, Eureka Travel.
Gather a group of friends or join us on your own. Seating is communal and a perfect way to meet food and wine lovers in this comfortable setting. Dinner is $55 per person not including tax and gratuity. Seating is limited. Reservations required 562‑432‑6500. Dinner on July 1 is from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
