“There is something for everyone in our cooking classes,” said Chef Paul. “You can learn the secrets of vegetarian cuisine or learn how to prepare the perfect steak. But most importantly, you’ll discover the importance of using local, fresh food in your everyday cooking.” Some of the class titles include “Men & Their Meat, Father’s Day Edition” and “Farmers Market Field Trip” (where you will shop with the chef, then cook with your finds).
Classes run from June 17th – August 21st and are booking up fast. Tickets available directly through Primal Alchemy and range between $75-90 per class. Call Chef Paul at 562-400-5659 or Dana Buchanan at 562-708-6998 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Primal Alchemy is also offering a Youth Chef Certificate Program for children 8 years old and up. In addition to these two series, Primal Alchemy offers private custom group classes.
Catering with a Conscience
Primal Alchemy is a premiere caterer in the Los Angeles, Long Beach and Orange County area. The catering service promotes using fresh food that is in season and grown locally whenever possible. This not only supports local buying local, but increases the quality and freshness of the foods they create for their clients.
The connection between chef and farmer should be strong and thus Primal Alchemy aligns itself with farmers markets to obtain the best ingredients possible. Artisanal & local food producers are also found through other venues and we are constantly seeking new sources. In many cases the best foods we can eat are extremely fresh, simply seasoned, and prepared in the most straightforward manner possible.
