It is The ROCK’s hope to provide 500 boxes of food to families in need. Each box has enough food to supplement the needs of a family with four to six people.

The Renewable Hope Thanksgiving Food Project 2013 is Saturday November 23, 2012 from 8:00 A.M. – 12:00 Noon (or until all boxes have been given away) at The Central Facility Center (at Martin Luther King Jr. Park, Long Beach, Ca.) 1133 Rhea Street Long Beach, California 90806.

This event is sponsored by The ROCK Christian Fellowship in Long Beach, California. Everyone is welcome.

Pastor Gregory Sanders stated; “Renewable Hope is our initiative of optimism. It is not a recruitment strategy. It is not a subterfuge with a counter agenda. This is a committed resource to remind families that hope is renewable daily. Whether or not they ever step into The ROCK is perfectly okay with us. Our goal is to make The ROCK portable. Our core model of Ministry is not “come and see”. Our commission is to “go and tell”. Renewable Hope allows us to fulfill our commitment to freely give what we have been given to others”.

Everyone is urged to share this opportunity with their neighbors and friends.
