Residents Invited to Learn About Preservation Grants Worth up to $50,000

money-stacks Long Beach Navy Memorial Heritage Association GrantsLong Beach residents are invited to Long Beach Navy Memorial Heritage Association’s 2010-2011 Grants Awards information meeting, Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at the Neighborhood Resource Center.

Grants from $5,000 to $50,000 are available for qualified preservation projects in Long Beach.  Application materials and information are available online by visiting and clicking on “LB Navy Assoc Grants.”

Attendees are invited to bring canned food to donate to Food Finders to assist our Long Beach neighbors during the current economic crisis.

This free workshop will be presented in English with Spanish and Khmer translation available.  Free parking is available behind the building and on the street.

The Grants Awards information meeting, is Wednesday, September 22, 2010 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Neighborhood Resource Center, 425 Atlantic Ave.
