City Place Long Beach has announced that Fresh Kabobs is now open for business at 145 E. 4th St., Long Beach, CA 90802. The new casual, family-style Indian restaurant joins Milana’s New York Pizzeria, which opened next door on Friday, September 6. Mitaki Japanese restaurant is set to open in early October.

A public grand re-opening event for the restaurants is scheduled for Wednesday, October 23 at 10:30 a.m. on 4th Street between Promenade North and Pine Avenue in Downtown, directly in front of the trio of outlets.

“The three restaurants are opening in stages due to each one’s specific construction requirements and venue,” said Tony Shooshani, owner’s representative for City Place Long Beach. “Milana’s has already re-opened and thanks to our community’s terrific support is doing great business. Fresh Kabobs re-opened on Saturday and looks to follow the same success. With Mitaki scheduled to re-open in the coming days, we look forward to the official grand re-opening event for all three restaurants.”

A relocation celebration follows a few months of hard work, building out of new spaces, installation of new equipment and furniture, moving operations and new interior and exterior signage for each of the units. The restaurants’ former locations will now be home to the new Chuck E. Cheese’s scheduled to open in early November.
