How long has Rubber Duck Tours been in business?:
We start this friday with a christening by the Mayor of Long Beach
Describe Rubber Duck Tours:
We are the only amphibious tour in LA and Orange County. We will be running daily tours of downtown Long Beach and Rainbow Harbor. It is a great way to see the city and all its attractions along with sea lions and the Queen Mary by driving right off the boat ramp into the water!
Why did you start Rubber Duck Tours?
Brent Harrison (CEO) came up with the idea and Gerald Tautenhahn (COO) and myself jumped all over it. We have all loved being on the water and driving big vehicles and figured what a better way to enjoy both, and now be able to share that enjoyment with everyone else.
What makes Rubber Duck Tours stand out?
At 12 1/2 feet tall — the “Duck” …well, it can’t help but stand out and stand above everything else!
What is your favorite part of running your business?
Being able to see the enjoyment on the faces of the kids along with adults who come ride the Duck.
How is Rubber Duck Tours involved with the community?
We aim to be very involved in the near future.
