St. Anthony High School Students Among Over 1,000 Students From Long Beach Attend Carousel at Musical Theatre West
Students from St. Anthony High School’s (SAHS) Theater I and Theater II classes attended a production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s classic, Carousel, on Thursday, March 30th. The production is set to run from March 24th – April 19th at the Carpenter Center which is located on the campus of California State University, Long Beach.
St. Anthony High School (SAHS) students attended the 2017 Youth Day as part of the Religious Education Congress in Anaheim on Thursday, February 23rd. Each year students from the high school participate in the nation’s largest gathering of Roman Catholic youth.
On Saturday, September 17, 2016, St. Anthony High School (SAHS) students took part in the California Coastal Cleanup Day, extending the school’s environmental focus into the community. The group of 18 students was comprised of members of SAHS’s AP Environmental Science Class, Environmental Awareness Club and Key Club.

This Saturday, September 26, 2015, St. Anthony High School will be hosting its 95th Anniversary Celebration, as well as the induction of their five honorees into the St. Anthony High School Hall of Fame.
This global service project taught the eight grade students lessons that could not be learned in the classroom. They also had a chance to practice their Spanish. Ten eighth graders from Westerly school traveled over 3,000 miles last week to Nicaragua to build a sustainable learning garden at a school in a rural farming community near Villa El Carmen.
