St. Anthony High School outstanding art students Nelson Lewandowski and Megan Anderson St. Anthony High School has two outstanding art students who have been recognized in the media. Long Beach 908 Magazine honored Nelson Lewandowski for his emotional use of art as an escape and a way to balance his life, and Megan Anderson who uses art to balance her involvement with the Long Beach Junior Crew team.

Volunteers at St. Antohony served an early Thanksgiving last Sunday. On Sunday, November 24th over 200 St. Anthony High School students and parent volunteers joined together to serve more than 850 homeless and less fortunate families at St.

Our Lady of Refuge Catholic School (OLR) celebrates 60 years of excellence in education! OLR School, parish and alumni will host a dinner dance on Saturday, September 28, 2013. The festivities which are to be held in the parish auditorium, will take place at 6:30PM, following the 5:30 Mass.

The Chinese students are visiting beautiful California in hopes of improving their English, gaining a better understanding of the United States Education system and doing a little sightseeing in their free time.
