LB Shakespeare Co will perform two Sherlock Holmes mysteries as old-time radio broadcasts.

The Long Beach Shakespeare Company will broadcast an old-time radio show double-feature of Sherlock Holmes mysteries live from the the Richard Goad Theatre January 18-20. Audiences can watch as actors perform all sound effects and music for two of tales of intrigue based on stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

The Musgrave Ritual: The Great Detective discovers the meaning of an old family ritual, but also discovers death.

The Crooked Man: Holmes and Watson travel to Algiers, to track down a missing person who may be hiding at the famous Casbah, a place where murder is casual. 

The performances will also be available via live webcast.

Performances take place January 18-20, Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m and Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Richard Goad Theatre, 4250 Atlantic Avenue, Long Beach. Tickets cost $10. Additional information and tickets are available at
